Wholesale Trade Terms

1. We have no minimum order.  Orders subject to inventory availability.
2. Prices quoted are FOB Elgin, IL
3. All order payments must be made prior to shipment unless credit terms have been established.
4. Payment methods accepted: Major credit cards through Paypal, Paypal account, Business check, Wire transfer
5. Claims due to shipping damage or quality issues should be reported within 7 days from receipt to receive full credit. Your item can be replaced or a refund can be issued. Please retain the item in original packaging and contact us so we can arrange pick-up. We cannot issue a refund or replace if the original shipped product isn’t available for return.
6. Shipping is normally through Fed Ex Ground or standard truck carrier.
7. Freight charges from our warehouse can either be charged on your invoice or billed to the shipping account of your choice.
8. Shipments are made daily on Monday-Friday and are normally sent 1-2 days after the order and payment are received.
9. The transit times vary by distance and service selected. Normal ground transit days range from 1-6 days within the Continental U.S.
10. Your order can be drop-shipped to the location of your choice.
